Field Service Engineer

Job Description: Our client, who is an industry leader in the ATM industry, is looking for a Field Service Engineer, to join their field operations. They provide a wide range of solutions to the world's leading banks, retail and commercial institutions. Ideally the candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within the field. The candidate will be looking after Hounslow and the surrounding areas and will ideally live within 10 miles radius from Hounslow. As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical support to our client’s customers by carrying out maintenance on a range of Self-Service devices based at banks, supermarkets, and independent stores. You will be working independently, 'in the field’, travelling to required areas daily. You will be provided with a company van, a mobile and a laptop, training, and the network of support that you need to work autonomously. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain / repair technical hardware problems on customer sites,ATM’s, predominantly but you may also work on Self-Service, Kiosks, Lockers and Vending machines. * Diagnose system problems in minimal time and repair. * Respond to all technical hardware problems on site. * Deal with customers in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations. * Work within the times scale as set out in the Service Level Agreements (SLA's). * Liaise with the logistics...
