\n A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London. CBW is currently looking for 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building located in the City. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical basic, electrical and fabric maintenance to the following. You will be working in a very client facing high end Law Firm so attention to detail & proffesionalism.\n

Duties & Responsibilities:\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n

\n
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
\n
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
• Chillers - Re-set
\n
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks
\n
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
\n
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
\n
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
\n
• Emergency light testing
\n
• Basic Electrical duties
\n
• General fabric duties/making good
\n

\n 8am - 5pm\n

Requirements\n
\n
\n

\n
• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
\n
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
\n
• Good Communication Skills.
\n
• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
\n
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
\n
• Good Leadership & Management skills
\n

Desirable\n

• Basic DBS - or willing to complete one.
\n
