Job description

Our clients EMEA business is growing fast, and with that expansion comes a lot more cross-border activity and new tax requirements. As such we are looking for an AVP to step in and work with the transfer pricing team across the region.

This is a broad, hands‑on role where you’ll handle both daily advisory work and key strategic projects as the operating model evolves.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advisory: Giving practical transfer pricing advice to internal business units on intragroup arrangements, OECD methodologies, cost allocations, and cross-border financial transactions.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Leading the prep and review of Local Files, Master File inputs, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and tax audit support across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Governance & Controls: Maintaining the EMEA Transfer Pricing Policy, approving Operational Forms, and ensuring the intercompany positions are fully backed by solid evidence.
  • Operations & Systems: Teaming up with Finance and SLA operational teams to check TP calculations, handle collaborative fee claims, and make their data processes run smoother.
  • Stakeholder Partnering: Acting as the go-to regional expert for Front Office, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Compliance teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in OECD guidelines, BEPS, and international tax rules.
  • Proven experience in transfer pricing, ideally built at a Top 10 firm (and ideally backed up by some in‑house banking or financial services experience).
  • Great project management skills—you know how to keep complex work moving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a practical mindset that balances tax compliance with real business needs.
