Garment Technologist 12-Month FTC | Growing Lifestyle Fashion Brand | Hybrid Working + Early Finish Fridays About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Garment Technologist or Junior Garment Technologist to join a highly successful and growing lifestyle fashion brand. With continued growth across a varied product offering, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and gain valuable experience working across a diverse range of products for womenswear, menswear and kidswear. The business is open to candidates from Junior through to Mid-Level, with flexibility around product categories depending on your experience. Key Responsibilities * Support the technical development of garments from initial samples through to production. * Conduct garment fittings, ensuring fit, construction and quality meet the required standards. * Manage fit comments, measurement specifications and technical documentation. * Coordinate garment testing and ensure products meet the necessary quality and safety requirements. * Liaise with suppliers and factories to resolve technical queries and ensure products are developed to specification. * Work closely with Design and Product teams to maintain product quality, fit and consistency. * Monitor sample approvals and critical deadlines, ensuring products progress smoothly through the development process. * Maintain accurate technical records, demonstrating strong attention to detail throughout. About You * Previous experience in garment technology within an apparel brand or supplier. * Experience with garment fittings, measurements and testing. * Strong technical knowledge and an excellent eye for detail. * A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and work independently. * A collaborative personality, with the ability to build strong relationships across a close-knit team. * Adaptable and comfortable working across a varied product range, with flexibility around category experience.
