As part of this continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team at Head Office and play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple projects nationwide. The Role Reporting into the senior management team, you will take responsibility for overseeing a portfolio of social housing refurbishment contracts across various UK locations. Working from Head Office, you will manage a team of Project Managers and their associated window installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. As the Contracts Manager this is a highly influential position that combines operational leadership, client relationship management and commercial oversight.
