A sports-focused secondary school in Darlington, County Durham, is seeking an energetic, dedicated Teacher of Physical Education (PE) to join its Physical Education faculty on a full-time, permanent basis starting in January. Job Overview PE occupies a vibrant position in this school’s academic and extra-curricular identity. The successful applicant will deliver practical core PE lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, alongside theoretical GCSE PE and Cambridge National / A-Level Sport qualifications. Working alongside a collaborative PE team, you will coach various sports, organize fixtures against regional schools, run extra-curricular sports clubs, and deliver theory modules covering anatomy, physiology, and sports psychology. This is a full-time, permanent contract starting in January.
