Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver/Installer to join a busy team, delivering and installing homecare beds and medical products to customers across Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving licence, previous warehouse experience and excellent customer service skills. Flexibility is essential, as delivery times can vary throughout the week.

Position: Delivery Driver/Installer

Location: Island-wide travel across Ireland

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £25,500 per annum during the initial 12 weeks, increasing to £26,500 per annum upon securing a permanent position.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times. No weekend work.

Additional Benefits:

• Food allowance of £5 for trips over 5 hours and £10 for trips over 10 hours.

• Time off in lieu system for additional hours.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Delivering and installing homecare beds and other products.

• Providing excellent customer service.

• Loading, unloading and organising stock.

• Receiving and dispatching goods using computerised systems.

• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.

• Following health and safety procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Full, clean driving licence.

• Previous warehouse experience.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Flexibility to accommodate changing delivery schedules.

Desirable Criteria:

• Counterbalance forklift licence.

• Previous delivery and installation experience.

• Knowledge of stock management and computerised warehouse systems.
