Salesforce Administrator
This organisation is a growing global brokerage firm operating across multiple commodity markets. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with front-office trading teams, supporting activity across a range of asset classes while gaining exposure to fast-paced physical and financial markets.
The CRM administrator will continually improve and enhance their Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, and managing the product road map. The role will involve delivering Salesforce configuration changes across flows, approval processes, assignment rules, page layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, mobile administration, custom settings, and other platform enhancements. In addition, you will oversee sandbox environments, maintain technical documentation, provide user support, deliver training, and ensure the ongoing stability, security, and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will gather and translate requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions that enhance the user experience and maximise platform adoption. You will identify opportunities to improve data quality through automation and governance, assess underutilised platform capabilities, and help shape the Salesforce roadmap by defining priorities and communicating platform changes across the business.
Looking for:
- Salesforce product knowledge - experience with Sales Cloud
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes etc
