📍 Location: Liverpool 📅 Start: January 2027 💼 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time school hours 💷 Salary: £32,916–£51,048 per annum, depending on experience We are looking for a committed Teacher of Religious Education to join a school in Liverpool from January 2027. This role would suit a passionate educator who can deliver thought-provoking lessons, encourage respectful discussion and help pupils develop their understanding of different religions, beliefs and ethical perspectives. 📖 Key Responsibilities Planning and delivering engaging Religious Education lessons. Exploring religious beliefs, practices and ethical questions. Encouraging critical thinking, discussion and independent learning. Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback. Creating an inclusive classroom where pupils feel confident sharing ideas respectfully. 👤 What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education. Effective classroom management and communication skills. The ability to encourage thoughtful discussion and debate.
