This isn't a step-up role.We're looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer who is already operating at senior level and is ready to perform, take ownership and add significant value from day one.

The opportunity

You’ll join our established Employment team, advising commercial clients across contentious and advisory matters. You’ll have the autonomy to lead complex work, build trusted client relationships and shape opportunities for the team and wider firm.

• Significant post-qualification employment law experience as a solicitor or barrister
• The confidence and judgement to take ownership of complex matters
• Commercial, pragmatic advice and exceptional client service
• A strong track record of building relationships and contributing to business development
