You will help students understand how organisations operate, explore financial decision-making and develop the analytical skills needed to evaluate business opportunities and challenges. Responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality Business lessons in line with the curriculum. Teaching topics such as marketing, finance, business operations and enterprise. Using relevant case studies and practical examples to bring concepts to life. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback. Differentiating lessons to support students with varying abilities and learning needs. Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and high expectations. Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources and improve teaching practice. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies or a related discipline. The ability to make business concepts engaging and accessible. Effective classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student achievement.
