We're partnering with an innovative, revenue-generating tech start-up that's transforming how creators produce high-quality photo and video content using AI.
With a small, ambitious team across the US and Europe, the business is growing quickly and looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Paid Growth Manager to help take its performance marketing to the next level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves getting stuck into the platforms, testing new ideas and making a tangible impact on business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, Google and emerging channels
- Drive the CRO roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve conversion
- Test and scale new acquisition channels, including Reddit, Snapchat and X
- Analyse performance beyond ROAS, using CAC, LTV, customer retention and payback periods
- Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing advertising content
- Collaborate with growth engineering to improve tracking, attribution and reporting
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, testing and campaign optimisation
Requirements:
We're looking for a genuinely hands-on performance marketer who combines strong technical expertise with commercial thinking...
- 4+ years' experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience personally managing $100k+ monthly
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution and customer acquisition profitability
- Practical experience improving conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing
- A test-and-learn mindset, with the confidence to explore and scale new channels
