CNC MIller We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our precision engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for settingand operating, CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality components in accordance with engineering drawings and customer specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Skills Required * Edit, operate and set CNC milling machines. * Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and specifications. * Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding equipment. * Basic understanding of Mazatrol or Fanuc * Maintain tight tolerances and ensure consistent product quality. * Adjust machine offsets and tooling to optimise performance. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation. * Identify and troubleshoot machining and programming issues. * Confidence to work on various machines with appropriate training and support About you * Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. * Ability to edit and operate CNC milling machines independently. * Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Knowledge of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials. * Ability to use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, and height gauges. * Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards. * Experience of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls. * Apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification.
