Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain highly responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and associated libraries.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement robust testing strategies, including unit and integration tests for frontend components.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to frontend architectural decisions and technology selection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with the React library and its core principles.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
- Experience working remotely with teams based in **East London** or the **Eastern Cape** is a plus.
