The school is looking for someone who can maintain reliable systems, resolve technical issues and help staff access the tools they need to support daily school operations. About the Role Working with the school's IT team, you will help maintain systems, user accounts and devices across the school. Key responsibilities include: Administering user accounts, permissions and access controls. Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems. Troubleshooting software, hardware and connectivity issues. Monitoring system performance and assisting with routine updates. Maintaining IT asset records and technical documentation. Supporting cybersecurity procedures, backups and data security measures. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in IT systems administration or technical support. Experience in a school or multi-site environment is advantageous. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and user administration. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. A proactive approach to maintaining secure, reliable IT systems. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
