Earn £17.50 per hour on a Monday-to-Friday night shift, with typically 17:00 starts and no manual handling required. About the Role You'll primarily be completing container movements and box swap work, helping prepare trailers and containers for the following day's transport operations. There may also be occasional trunking or low multi-drop deliveries, depending on operational requirements. Your duties will include: * Completing container movements and box swaps * Preparing trailers and containers for the following day's operations * Carrying out occasional trunking or low multi-drop work * Completing daily vehicle safety checks and reporting defects * Ensuring transport paperwork is completed accurately * Maintaining high standards of vehicle care and road safety * Complying with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations No manual handling is required. Shift Details * Location: Leeds * Pay: £17.50 per hour * Shift: Nights * Working days: Monday to Friday * Start time: Typically 17:00 * Job type: Ongoing work * Start date: Immediate starts available Requirements * Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 2 years * Recent Class 1 driving experience * Valid Driver CPC qualification card * Valid digital tachograph card * Container experience preferred * Maximum 6 penalty points * No DD, DR or TT endorsements; other endorsement codes may be considered * Must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes * Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach Container experience is preferred rather than essential, so drivers with suitable Class 1 experience should still get in touch.
