We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team, working on a long-term framework with a major public sector client.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, taking ownership of projects and working within a consultancy where you're trusted to get on with the job without unnecessary bureaucracy.

The role

• Deliver cost management services across a long-term public sector framework.
• Manage projects from feasibility through procurement, delivery and final account.
• Provide commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced team.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider consultancy.

What we're looking for

• An experienced Quantity Surveyor ready for, or already operating at, senior level.
• Consultancy or client-side experience.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector projects would be advantageous.
• Commercially astute, personable and confident dealing with clients.
• MRICS preferred but not essential.
