Staff Product Manager

Location: Fully remote across US East Coast and European time zones
Base salary: up to $220k
Level: Staff Product Manager

Plexus is working with a fast-growing financial technology company to appoint a Staff Product Manager who will add senior capacity to its product team and help deliver an ambitious pipeline of new products.

The immediate priority is consumer product, where most of the current workload sits, although the role may also support the company’s institutional platform. You will initially turn already-identified opportunities into clear roadmaps and successful launches, with increasing scope to shape product direction over time. This is a broad role involving substantial zero-to-one product development.

What you will do

• Own major consumer product initiatives from definition and planning through launch and iteration.
• Turn existing product opportunities into clear strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Use customer insight, product data, and commercial objectives to prioritise work and measure success.

What we are looking for

• Significant experience leading complex products at senior or Staff Product Manager level.
• A strong record of delivering zero-to-one products from concept through successful launch.
• Experience in fintech or financial services, although strong crypto or consumer‑AI experience will also be considered.
• Excellent product judgement, prioritisation, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
