Regional Commercial Finance Sales Executive

James George Recruitment is working with an ambitious and fast-growing commercial finance Brokerage. They are looking for two experienced Sales Executives to join their team. You'll start at their brand-new head office in the centre of Birmingham. After an initial few weeks of onboarding, you'll move into a regional, field-based role, getting out in front of clients across the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for an established finance salesperson who enjoys face-to-face selling to join a business that is investing heavily in its people, its premises and its growth. The role Spending the first few weeks office-based in Birmingham, getting to know the team, products and funder panel Then moving into a regional role, meeting clients face to face across the Midlands Generating and developing new business opportunities with SMEs and commercial clients Advising clients on finance solutions, including asset finance, leasing and business loans Building and managing a strong pipeline from enquiry through to payout Working with a wide panel of funders to secure the best outcome for each client Developing long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals About you At least 3 years' sales experience in commercial finance, ideally within a brokerage A background in leasing, asset finance, business loans or another commercial lending product A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Self-motivated and driven, with the confidence to build your own pipeline Comfortable working independently in the field and meeting clients face to face Based in the Midlands, with a full UK driving licence What's on offer £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary Uncapped commission A brand-new, high-spec head office in Birmingham city centre, with on-site cafés and a free gym The freedom of a regional role once you're up and running The chance to join a growing business with real ambition If you're an experienced commercial finance salesperson looking for your next step, please apply now or contact Adam Sommerville at James George Recruitment for a confidential conversation.
