We're working with an ambitious, AI-first business helping companies turn the potential of AI into practical solutions.
From automating repetitive processes to building bespoke AI tools, agents and applications, the team works with businesses to identify opportunities, develop solutions and put them into practice.
We're looking for a curious, technically minded problem-solver who wants to be at the forefront of this shift.
The role
You'll work with businesses to understand their challenges, identify where AI can make a difference, and help design and build solutions that deliver real results.
You’ll have the freedom to experiment with the latest AI tools, build prototypes, integrate systems and develop working applications, with support from a wider team as projects grow in complexity.
What we're looking for
- A technical background in software development, solutions engineering, automation or a similar field.
- A genuine interest in AI, with hands-on experience building, experimenting with or integrating AI-powered solutions.
- An understanding of APIs, integrations and how different systems work together.
- The ability to turn a business problem into a practical technical solution.
- A curious, proactive mindset. You enjoy experimenting, learning quickly and finding better ways to do things.
Experience with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, AI agents, MCP, n8n or Make would be particularly interesting.
You don't need to tick every box. We're interested in people who are building their skills, trying new things and excited about what comes next.
