Members Restaurant Team Member

Were looking for a Team Member to join our fantastic team at the Victoria & Albert Museum Members Restaurant and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

What Youll Do:

• Provide friendly attentive and professional table service to members and guests.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
• Ensure tables and restaurant areas are clean organised and welcoming.
• Support the team in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience.
• Handle guest requests and queries with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain excellent food safety hygiene and health & safety standards.

We Offer:

Rate: 12.71 per hour

Contract: Full time/ Permanent

Qualifications :

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in hospitality restaurants cafés or customer service is desirable.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Friendly positive and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• A passion for food drink and hospitality is an advantage.
