Forklift Telehandler Location: Crocus Homes, Norwich Salary: Competitive

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Telehandler to keep our construction site moving efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

Safely operate a forklift/telehandler to move, load and unload materials, plant and equipment across site. Keep trades supplied with the right materials at the right time to maintain an efficient workflow. Complete daily equipment checks, report defects promptly and maintain safe, organised storage areas. Support site logistics, including traffic management and safe lifting operations in line with method statements and risk assessments. Work closely with site management, subcontractors and suppliers, and oversee day-to-day site activity when the Site Manager or Head of Construction is absent.

What you'll bring:

A valid, in-date CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift qualification and a valid CSCS card. Previous telehandler experience on a construction site; residential development experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements and the confidence to follow procedures carefully. Clear communication skills, reliability and a practical, team-focused approach. A full UK driving licence and willingness to support general site duties when required
