French-Speaking Personal Assistant, London c. £100k GPA (depending onexperience)
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded private family, widely considered among the best to work for in the industry. This is a role for a polished, resourceful PA who wants real variety, genuine trust and a working environment that values its people.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day support to a private principal, with a broad and varied remit. Some days are about diary and restaurant bookings, others about solving the small practical problems that keep life running smoothly, from tech issues to personal errands. You will also help look after the household side of things and support the principal’s representative in France as new projects get under way.
The role will be a hybrid arrangement, working across the family’s London properties and remotely.
There will be occasional out of hours requests and some travel, including visits to properties in France.
The Candidate
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience as a PA or EA, ideally within a private household or family office
- Resourceful and calm, with a practical approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working independently and across a mix of locations
- Flexible, with a willingness to travel when needed
- Right to work in the UK
Location: Central London, with occasional travel
Salary: circa £100k GPA depending on experience
Start: Immediate if possible
