This is more than a marketing role. We’re looking for a commercially minded, creative leader who can shape our brand strategy, drive category management, unlock growth opportunities and bring our products and story to life across customers, consumers and channels.

Sitting on the Senior Management Team, you’ll lead the marketing agenda, working closely with Commercial, NPD and the wider leadership team to turn insight into action and ideas into results, leading with authority with our valued customers.

Your impact

You’ll take the lead on:

• Building and delivering a bold, commercially focused marketing strategy
• Strengthening the DELI LITES brand and market positioning
• Identifying consumer, customer and category insights that create growth
• Leading impactful brand, digital, PR and customer marketing
• Partnering with Commercial and NPD to develop winning propositions and launches and drive our highly innovative approach
• Creating campaigns that get noticed and deliver measurable results
• Leading, developing and inspiring the marketing team

Who we're looking for

You’re an experienced marketing leader who is as comfortable talking commercial performance and growth as you are talking brands and creativity.

You’ll bring:

• Strong senior marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, food, retail or a fast-moving consumer environment
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that strengthen brands and deliver measurable commercial growth
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer understanding
• Strong digital and consumer marketing capability
• The confidence to influence at senior leadership level
• Energy, creativity and the ability to turn strategy into action
• Ideally, experience of both branded and customer label category management
