Van Delivery Driver (3.5T) Location: Severn Beach Salary: £28,000 + Overtime + Bonus | OTE £30,000+ We are recruiting experienced 3.5T Van Delivery Drivers for a well-established client based in Severn Beach. This is a permanent opportunity offering stable employment, excellent benefits and opportunities for career progression. Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to gain their 7.5T licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph Card, fully funded through the company's training programme. Hours & Pay * £13.62 per hour * Overtime paid at £20.62 per hour * Earnings of £30,000+ OTE * 7:00am start until finish * Rolling rota: 5 days on, 3 days off to include weekends as part of your rota The Role * Working as part of a two-person delivery team * Delivering household goods directly to customers' homes * Completing room-of-choice deliveries * Heavy lifting involved * Completing delivery paperwork accurately * Providing excellent customer service Requirements * Minimum 6 months' van driving experience * Maximum 6 penalty points, with no DR, DD, TT or IN10 endorsements * Ability to pass a DBS check and drug and alcohol test * Flexible approach to working hours * Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Benefits * Fully funded 7.5T licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph Card training opportunities * Employee of the Month awards * £100 Refer-a-Friend bonus * Mortgage and tenancy references provided * Ongoing support from our recruitment team Interested?
