Top 3 things about the role: Great employer with fantastic benefits Hybrid working Growing company with good variety in projects The Role Support the electrical engineering team across live projects, gaining hands-on exposure to design, testing, and commissioning Assist with the design and development of electrical systems, panels, and control equipment Work alongside senior engineers to build technical and practical skills Support fault-finding, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment Assist with technical documentation, drawings, and specifications Progress through a structured development programme toward full engineering responsibility Ensure all work complies with relevant health & safety and industry standards Essential Requirements Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. Previous experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design engineering. Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA systems and control system architectures. Experience producing electrical and control designs, including technical documentation and I/O schedules. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
