Location: Weymouth, Dorset Job Title: Reprographics Technician Start Date: ASAP Salary: Dependent on experience Contract Type: Full-time About the School A well-established school in Weymouth is looking for an efficient Reprographics Technician to support its administrative and teaching teams. The successful candidate will help ensure that classroom resources, examination materials and general school documentation are produced accurately and delivered on time. About the Role You will oversee reprographics requests and provide practical support with printing, copying and document preparation. Key responsibilities include: Printing, copying and collating classroom resources and school documents. Preparing booklets, worksheets, examination papers and information packs. Operating and maintaining photocopiers and reprographics equipment. Managing incoming requests and prioritising work according to deadlines. Monitoring paper and consumable stock levels. Ensuring confidential documents are handled and stored securely. The Ideal Candidate Previous reprographics, print room or administrative experience. School experience is desirable, particularly familiarity with examination materials. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence using photocopiers, printers and basic document software. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
