Supply & Sourcing Manager - Fresh Produce

The Opportunity Are you organised, commercially minded and looking to develop your career within the fresh produce supply chain? Our client works with a global network of UK and international fresh produce growers, supplying a range of produce formats and ingredients. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply & Sourcing Manager to join their growing team and help ensure the smooth movement of products from growers and suppliers through to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, agile team where you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, taking ownership of supplier relationships, customer orders, stock management and logistics coordination. Working closely with the Commercial, Technical and wider operational teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining excellent service levels, resolving supply chain challenges and ensuring customers receive the right products at the right time. You'll also benefit from ongoing training and development, with the opportunity to build your expertise and take responsibility for key customer and supplier accounts.
