What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and other property matters
- Advising a broad range of commercial and private clients
- Supporting and supervising junior colleagues where appropriate
- Contributing to the continued growth of the department
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' Commercial Property experience
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Commercial Property matters
- Agricultural Property experience advantageous but not essential
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ambition to develop professionally and contribute to a growing team
