This is a key support role requiring excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to manage important deadlines throughout the academic year. About the Role You will take responsibility for examination administration and ensure that arrangements comply with awarding body requirements. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating examination entries, timetables and candidate information. Liaising with awarding organisations and relevant school staff. Organising examination rooms, seating plans and invigilator arrangements. Managing examination paperwork and confidential materials securely. Coordinating access arrangements and relevant supporting documentation. Ensuring examination procedures are followed and deadlines are met. The Ideal Candidate Previous Exams Officer or school examinations administration experience. Knowledge of awarding body regulations and examination procedures. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence handling confidential information and working under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
