This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality professional to take ownership of a large-scale operation, driving service excellence, financial performance and team development.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience across a busy and diverse environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-faceted hospitality and catering operation. * Lead and develop a team of direct reports. * Work closely with the Head Chef to drive business performance, service standards and culinary excellence. * Take ownership of financial reporting, budgets, cost control and overall commercial performance. * Collaborate with other General Managers and senior operational leadership to share best practice and achieve business objectives. * Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Oversee high-volume hospitality services and premium events, ensuring consistently high standards of delivery. * Attend a minimum of one evening event per week, supporting the delivery of high-calibre hospitality experiences. * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, develop teams and drive revenue growth.
