We're looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Gina.
Gina is an independent, chef-owned neighbourhood restaurant in Chingford, founded by Ravneet Gill and Mattie Taiano. Since opening, we've been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand and named Best Local Restaurant in London by The Good Food Guide, but we still feel like we're only getting started.
Our food is generous, seasonal and ingredient-led: proper cooking, great produce and dishes people genuinely want to come back and eat. We work closely with excellent suppliers and producers, and we're looking for a Head Chef who shares that approach while bringing their own ideas, personality and ambition to the restaurant.
This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a successful kitchen and help shape the next chapter of Gina. We want someone who is excited by the cooking, but equally passionate about building a brilliant team, developing young chefs and creating a calm, organised and enjoyable kitchen.
We're looking for someone with confidence, curiosity and high standards — ambitious without ego, commercially aware and, above all, someone who really loves restaurants.
