360 Recruitment Consultant

to join our team, specialising in Industrial, Warehousing and Manufacturing. We're not interested in watching the clock, telling you where to sit or making you jump through hoops for the sake of it. We care about results, relationships and people who take ownership of what they do. This is a full 360 recruitment position where you'll have the freedom to develop your own desk, build client relationships and grow your market. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business opportunities within industrial, warehousing and manufacturing

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial client contact through to placement

Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions

Negotiating rates, terms and commercial agreements

Growing and managing your own client portfolio

Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts

Working alongside the wider team to deliver an excellent service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience as a

360 Recruitment Consultant

Enjoys business development and isn't afraid to pick up the phone

Has experience within industrial, warehousing or manufacturing recruitment (preferred)

Understands how to manage both clients and candidates

Is commercially minded and motivated by earning commission

Can manage their own workload without being micromanaged

Has a good sense of humour and enjoys being part of a team

Wants to contribute to the growth of an ambitious independent agency
