Excellent new opportunity for an experienced Education lawyer to join this leading multi-office national law firm.

Our client has a market leading, national reputation for Education sector work and is recognised as such in the major legal directories.

The firm seeks to appoint an experienced lawyer to join their renowned team as a Senior Associate. You could be based in the Midlands, Thames Valley or South East. In this key role, you'll be part of an established team providing strategic legal advice to higher education institutions, colleges, and related organisations. Advising on a broad range of governance, student, regulatory, and data protection matters, you'll bring a deep understanding of the education sector and of supporting institutions through complex governance, safeguarding, and student-related challenges.

This role would suit a qualified solicitor and education law specialist with ca 5 years+ PQE (this is a guide only.) You'll be keen to work in a dedicated team of education law experts where you can make a substantive impact in the sector.
