Site Services Manager

Purpose

Leading the Site Services team, setting the site energy strategy to ensure that there is an effective maintenance plan in place to ensure the reliability of all assets. Key areas of focus would be Effluent, Water treatment, boilers, hot water systems, HVAC, site wide environment controls, Air compressors, refrigeration and general building fabric repairs across site. Take the lead in progressive engineering and environmental projects connected to areas of expertise and remit. To be responsible for the overall management and organisation of the company's site utilities, the role will play an integral part to the operational infrastructure. To focus on improving the energy efficiency, consumption and be a key player in the Energy and Sustainability here at Pilgrim's UK, as the economic utilities continues to rise; the importance of the role is pivotal to this area for site. General building maintenance of the site main structures and roofing a complete maintenance programme documented on the site CMMS system. 100% compliance for all statutory inspections – Lola, PSSR etc
