HGV Technician

You would be working for an independent HGV repairer in a modern and well-equipped workshop, carrying out routine servicing and repairs on a modern all-marque vehicle fleet. This is a day shift role only, - 16.30hrs Monday to Friday with available overtime. You would be required to complete the roles as follows (but not limited to):- * Scheduled 6/8 weekly inspections (to DVSA standards) * Routine and preventative maintenance repairs * Correction of running vehicle defects * Defect fault finding with the use of diagnostic tools * MOT preparation (to DVSA standards) Technician requirements * Ideally skilled to C&G, NVQ equivalents * Full driving licence * To be comfortable working in a small team environment * Additionally, we would be interested in discussing this vacancy with Car / LCV Technicians, Plant and Forklift Engineers looking for a career change. Additional training would be provided by us.
