Duties & Responsibilities * Carry out a wide range of external repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties * Complete paving, flagging, and pathway repairs * Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and boundary structures * Carry out drainage repairs, maintenance, and excavation works * Undertake concreting, kerbing, and reinstatement works * Repair damaged footpaths, access routes, and communal areas * Complete groundwork associated with property refurbishments and improvement programmes * Carry out excavation and trenching works as required * Install and repair external drainage systems and gullies * Undertake minor brickwork, slabbing, and landscaping works * Maintain safe and tidy working areas at all times * Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales * Accurately complet...
