Technical Manager / Technical Lead £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Office Based | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5pm Our client is a successful international food business and part of a global group with turnover exceeding £1.3 billion. Due to continued growth and ambitious plans over the next five years, they are looking to appoint a Technical Manager or Technical Lead to take ownership of the UK technical function. This opportunity would suit either an experienced Technical Manager looking for a new challenge or a Technical Lead ready to step into a broader leadership position. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the technical function across the UK business, managing compliance, supplier quality, customer relationships and technical standards across a diverse product portfolio. Working within a sourcing and supply model, you'll collaborate closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure products remain compliant with UK legislation, retailer standards and customer requirements.
