3x Senior Project Controllers

Our client within the Defence industry is searching for 3 Project Controllers to join their team in Malvern on an initial 12-Month Assignment. This is an opportunity to work alongside talented project professionals, providing the insight, planning and control needed to ensure successful project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules, ensuring resource requirements are accurately reflected and aligned to programme needs.
\n
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost performance, analysing variances and identifying corrective actions where required.
\n
• Produce meaningful project reporting, providing stakeholders with clear insights into schedule performance, financial position, risks and delivery status.
\n
• Support governance and assurance activities, ensuring project controls processes and standards are applied consistently.
\n
• Collaborate with project and resource management teams to optimise delivery plans and improve overall project performance.
\n
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support effective planning, forecasting and decision-making.
\n

About You

\n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

\n

\n
• Strong experience within project controls across complex project environments.
\n
• A solid understanding of project lifecycles and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches.
\n
• The ability to independently plan, monitor and control project performance with minimal supervision.
\n
• Experience producing project schedules, forecasting costs and delivering management reporting.
\n
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Active SC Clearance

Desirable Qualifications

\n

\n
• ECITB Certificate in Project Controls.
\n
• APMG Project Planning & Control (PPC) Practitioner certification, or currently working towards it.
\n
• Relevant project controls or project management qualifications.
\n
