EOTAS Tutor Location: Various opportunities available Role: 1:1 EOTAS Tutor - SEN, EBSA, ADHD & Autism Pay- Dependent on experience/ number of tuition cases Are you passionate about helping students who struggle to access mainstream education? Academics is looking for dedicated, creative and compassionate EOTAS Tutors to work on a 1:1 basis with students who need a different approach to learning. You could be supporting a student experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), ADHD, ASC or autism, helping them rebuild their confidence, re-engage with education and discover their potential. This is more than just tutoring - it's about building trust, breaking down barriers and helping young people take positive steps towards their future. What will you be doing? Delivering engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to each student's individual needs, interests and abilities. Supporting students with EBSA, ADHD, ASC, autism and additional SEN needs. Creating a safe, supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable and confident. Developing creative and flexible lessons to re-engage students who may have struggled within a traditional classroom setting. Supporting emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence and positive learning behaviours alongside academic progress.
