2 Drivers ABOUT THE ROLE

Recruit A Driver is recruiting two Class 1 Night Trunk Drivers for ongoing work with a well-established client based in Rotherham. The role involves trunking with box trailers, with an additional loading responsibility using a manual pump truck. Goods are placed at the rear of the trailer by a forklift driver, so you will not be required to operate a forklift yourself. THE ROLE

Complete trunking runs using a Class 1 vehicle and box trailer

Load goods using a manual pump truck from the rear of the trailer

Safely move goods into position within the trailer

Carry out daily vehicle safety checks

Complete required paperwork accurately

Comply with driver hours and working time regulations

Maintain professional driving standards and good timekeeping

REQUIREMENTS

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

Previous Class 1 driving experience

Comfortable using a manual pump truck

Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card

Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach

Ability to meet the client's insurance criteria
