This is a vital leadership position where you will play a key role in maintaining a secure clean and well-maintained campus. By overseeing facilities management and ensuring all operations run smoothly you will help create a safe productive environment for both students and staff. You will work closely with the site team and senior leadership to ensure daily operations flow seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee general site upkeep maintenance and facilities management.
Ensure full statutory compliance health guidelines and safety protocols are strictly met.
Coordinate projects and troubleshoot maintenance issues with a resourceful hands-on approach.
Collaborate with school staff and provide effective leadership to the site team.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Background in facilities management school site management or general maintenance (preferred).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of building upkeep statutory compliance and health and safety regulations.
Skills: Strong organizational communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive hands-on mindset.
Work Style: Capable of working autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues and school leadership.
Compliance: Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to undergo processing) and be authorized to work in the UK.
