As an FPnA Senior Manager (senior manager level equivalent) in London, you will lead financial planning and analysis for a SME Consumer Loans FinTech house, giving clear insight that helps the business make informed decisions. You will work closely with the FD and wider finance function to keep planning, reporting and performance analysis well organised. You will have 5 directs. Description FPnA Senior Manager City of London SME Consumer Loans FinTech Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing clear plans for financial performance. Manage 5 direct reports, some locally some located internationally. Prepare regular financial reports that show results, trends and key performance movements. Analyse financial data to identify variances and explain the factors behind them. Work with FD and Accounting & Finance colleagues to ensure planning information is accurate and timely. Provide financial insight to support business decisions and operational planning. Maintain clear reporting schedules and planning documents for internal stakeholders. Review performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting areas that need attention.
