HR Insights & Systems Lead Salary: £37,500 - £49,500 per annum (dependent on experience) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Sedgefield / Hybrid About the Role CPI is looking for an experienced HR Insights & Systems Lead to help shape the future of our People function through data, systems and digital transformation. This is a pivotal role sitting between HR and IT, turning business requirements into practical system solutions and meaningful workforce insights. You'll be responsible for ensuring our HR systems are effectively maintained and evolved, while providing high-quality reporting and analysis that supports decision-making at every level of the organisation, including senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders. This role goes far beyond producing reports. We're looking for someone who understands HR data, can identify trends and tell the story behind the numbers, while helping to drive the next phase of our digital transformation journey.
