AI Transformation Director (HR Tech) | £125k + 20% bonus | UK | Hybrid Working I'm working with an established consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Director to help organisations transform the way their HR functions operate through AI, automation and emerging technologies. For this role I'm looking to speak to someone who has recent tangible and demonstrable working with AI transformation, strategy, and application - not just an interest in it. This is a senior, strategic position focused on helping businesses move beyond traditional HR technology implementations and explore how AI can fundamentally change their operating models, processes and ways of working. The focus is on identifying genuine opportunities for transformation, challenging established approaches and helping organisations make informed decisions around their technology investments. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop AI and technology strategies, identify and prioritise use cases, assess feasibility and investment requirements, and build business cases for change. This could involve emerging AI technologies such as OpenAI and Claude, or AI capabilities embedded within enterprise platforms including SAP, Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft.
