Food Production Operatives ? Afternoon Shift
Monday to Friday | £12.71 per hour + £6.50 Daily Shift Allowance
Looking for a hands-on role in a friendly team?
We are looking for careful, reliable and detail-focused people to join our food preparation and production team, working with a range of shellfish and meat products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, has good hand coordination, takes pride in getting the little details right and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
You will be involved in preparing, handling and packaging food products, where neat work, nimble fingers and accuracy are just as important as working at a good pace.
No previous experience is required, as training will be provided.

Your Working Hours
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 2:45 PM ? 11:30 PM
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Shift allowance: An additional £6.50 per day worked
The role is based in a chilled food production environment, so you must be comfortable working in a cold warehouse.
What Will You Be Doing?
Carefully preparing and handling small food products.
Sorting, arranging and packaging products neatly and accurately.
Labelling products and checking details.
Handling ingredients and sauces.
Following food hygiene and quality procedures.
Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and organised.
Working alongside a friendly team to meet production targets.
The Person We're Looking For
You will be someone who:
Has good hand coordination and nimble fingers.
Is naturally careful, organised and pays attention to detail.
Enjoys practical, hands-on tasks.
Can work efficiently without compromising on quality.
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
Can follow instructions in English.
Is comfortable standing for extended periods.
Works well as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude.
Experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail are just as important.
Important Information
We handle shellfish, pork, beef and chicken products. You must be comfortable handling all these products and consider any relevant allergies before applying.
For food hygiene reasons, artificial or painted nails, false eyelashes and piercings not permitted under site rules cannot be worn during production work.
