Working alongside an experienced A/C Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Air Conditioning Division, supporting the successful delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance, small works installations and system upgrades.
The position offers a combination of technical involvement, engineer coordination, commercial responsibilities and client account management.

Ensuring works are completed in accordance with relevant health, safety and industry standards. ·
Working closely with the wider Mechanical Services Division to support operational and commercial objectives.
We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Air Conditioning Engineers who have developed a strong technical background and are now looking to progress into a supervisory or management position.
You do not need to be an established Contracts Manager to be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
·
Extensive hands-on experience within the commercial air conditioning and HVAC industry. ·
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including servicing, maintenance, fault finding and installations. ·
Experience working with commercial maintenance contracts and small works projects. ·
The confidence to communicate directly with clients and attend site surveys. ·
Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate engineers and multiple jobs. ·
An understanding of pricing, quotations and the commercial aspects of delivering works. ·
F-Gas certification and relevant industry qualifications. ·
A proactive approach, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to progress professionally. ·
A full UK driving licence.
Competitive salary and benefits package, tailored to experience. Genuine opportunity to progress into a full-time A/C Contracts Management position. The opportunity to work alongside an experienced Contracts Manager who can provide support and guidance. A varied position combining technical expertise, operational management and commercial responsibilities. An established client base and a consistent pipeline of maintenance and small works contracts.
