You will drive educational outcomes, team performance and occupancy growth while embedding Montessori values and child-centred learning throughout the setting. Key Responsibilities * Lead delivery of a high-quality curriculum aligned with Montessori principles * Support, coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional childcare and education * Drive occupancy growth while maintaining a positive team culture * Work closely with senior leaders and quality teams to improve standards * Ensure safeguarding, compliance and operational excellence About You We are looking for a confident and driven early years leader with strong management experience and a passion for Montessori-inspired learning.
