Following significant investment, this site is being brought back to life and will become a key part of our growing UK network. We're now seeking an experienced Control Room Shift Managers to lead our Control Room operation and help establish a high-performing site from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a site launch, leading a team responsible for workflow planning, work release, automation monitoring and operational coordination across a highly automated distribution environment. You'll act as the central point of control for the flow of work through the operation, ensuring service levels are achieved, operational risks are identified early, and issues are resolved quickly through effective collaboration with operational and engineering teams.
