Freelance Senior Construction Manager – Commercial Fit Out Canary Wharf, London | £350–£400 per day | Immediate Start | Long-Term Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Construction Manager to join an established project team delivering a major commercial fit out project in Canary Wharf, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, commercial fit out and infrastructure packages, who can support the Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of a large scale, complex construction project. The project is being delivered in phases within an occupied building, so experience managing construction works in a live environment is essential. The role will focus primarily on the downstream delivery of construction and infrastructure packages, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. Please note: Out-of-hours working and weekends will be required.
